Healing Den Non-Riding Residents

Of course, the Healing Den like other dragon sites has a staff of non-riding individuals who keep up the work without the duties that dragon bonding entails. Without these people, the entire system would collapse.

Baeris has chosen a large number of people from a variety of worlds to help work in the Den. Far from the typical bunch of servants, cooks and weyr brats, the people living and working in the Healing Den are not considered "candidate" material in the slightest. Though they are usually working with riders and the local dragons, and are certainly more than welcome to participate in dragon-based functions such as hatchings, healing and the like, they are strictly-speaking "non riders".

Most of them enjoy this feature, some slightly resent it, but all of them work hard at their jobs, and are rewarded highly for it. There are about 2 dozen other individuals in addition to these, mostly those who do the cleaning, cooking, food preparation, clothes washing and such.

Everyone on this list (with the exception of those who either are young and have siblings present, or have a partner) has their own smallish dorm and often an office in addition. Some of these people *might* be found on other KP sites, as genrehoppers are common here. After the list of staff, are a small selection of Candidates.

Of course there are a couple candidates living at the Healing Den. Most of them are offspring of those permanent residents - some of them are seriously "lost" in time, though, so don't worry if it seems like someone is listed as much younger and they have kids. Their children are assumed to have been had later and are either traveling through time, or are sent much later than their parents (duh).
