Adoption rules:

1 - Caretaker must have a web site with a page devoted to this cub. No page, no cub. No Neopets pages or sites which require joining a group or club or having a membership otherwise, to view. No 'Zoos' as these are individual intelligent wolves, they require space. Caretaker must be able to get images in their email that *remain transparent gif images*. If you have trouble getting images without changing their format you must say so up front.

2 - Page must have a link back to this site (http://www.droppin-the-fork.com/dragonsites/planet20/planet_twenty_dragons/wolves/) and it must be working. You may use this link button for that purpose:

The page should not have an overabundance of animated images, flash images or music files. Keep in mind that I have a 1280x1024 screen and can see whole pages just fine, I do not enjoy viewing chromeless frames or I-frames. I will send cubs to those sites which are done that way but I honestly think that having a frame the size of a screen is important - these images are not tiny!

3 - These wolves will not interbreed with other species than their own kind: those found on the Links page in association with the Alair WolfKeep site. So no half-dragon, half-ferilon, or other hybrids may be made from these particular winged wolves. Case by case basis: ask first but don't assume it's okay. ** This may change based on Nexus sentiments**

4 - No offensive materials on the site, including racism or hateful statements. Swearing and adult content is acceptable to me, though I recommend using a warning at the top of every page where it occurs. Sites MUST have links to any locations where other adoptions, background images or html coding was found if not made by the creator of the site. If it looks like theft is going on even by accident, I will notify you why you're not getting a cub, and if it's rectified quickly you will. If not, I'll lay your name and email on the blacklist in the Records area, and you'll never be allowed to adopt from *any of my agencies*.

5 - After getting in on a litter, the image must be up on your page in a timely fashion. Deadlines will be posted with each litter. If you can't get a cub up on time don't bother applying. You won't get an adult, they'll be given to someone else or kept here. By joining the Nexus you'll be able to get better communications and find out about new litters. I do not email out announcements any longer.

6 - An indepth story is not necessary for adopting or sponsoring, but it certainly helps. If a story is written please keep in mind *where* the WolfKeep is, and *how your character/sponsor got there*. This place is wilderness, and not a castle, not a dragon weyr, or even a city. It is a mound, with wolves. :)
